Josh Ehrlich, AIA, PARTNER: graduated from Virginia Tech with degrees in Architecture and Landscape Architecture, and later from Columbia University with a Masters of Advanced Architectural Design. He is a licensed architect in The State of Florida. He was a project architect for five years at Herzog & de Mueron and has worked for other internationally renowned architects: Paolo Mendes da Rocha, Aires Mateus, and has studied with Valerio Olgiati in Switzerland.

Mariella Tzakis, M.Arch, PARTNER: graduated from Columbia University with a Masters in Architecture. She is also an experienced interior designer and was recently featured in Architectural Digest for the firm’s interior design of a historical home in Miami. Mariella grew up in Florida and has a sincere interest in Florida’s historical architecture and its landscapes.

Andrew Aquart, AIA, PARTNER: graduated from The University of Miami University with a Bachelors in Architecture. A builder, craftsman, and maker at heart, Andrew worked for 10 years at a well-respected Miami firm, training specifically with building techniques and construction systems. Andrew also teaches at The University of Miami and leads architecture projects and construction administration.  

MaPi Ormachea, DIRECTOR OF LANDSCAPE: graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor's in Architecture. She worked as a designer at Tatiana Bilbao Estudio and at BAR Architects, and later ran her own construction management practice. Since moving to South Florida, she has developed a deep understanding of Florida's native plants and local ecosystems, and brings an architectural sensibility to landscape design. MaPi has 10 years of landscape design and installation experience and leads our Landscape Design/Build field operation.
