SUBTROPICA is the landscape contracting / build subsidiary of TROPICA. Formed in 2023, SUBTROPICA allows us to control all phases of the landscape design, build, execution, and maintenance of our garden projects. Unlike architecture, gardens are constantly evolving, changing, and growing. Our goal is to be involved with all of our garden projects, to continue to sculpt, mold, and discover their potentialities.
SUBTROPICA offers all services related to landscape installation, irrigation, fertilization, landscape lighting, and plant delivery. We also coordinate with the region’s top nurseries, stone masons, and native plant growers. From its inception, SUBTROPICA has provided clients with precise cost estimation beginning in concept design to control project budgets from the start of projects. We sincerely enjoy being on-site during the installation process and selecting the perfect trees for your project from the best nurseries in Florida.
