TEXT:  50 homes lightly touching an ocean-front dune in the Bahamas .... This masterplan carefully creates privacy between each unit and affords beach views and access to every home. Pre-cast concrete panels create continuous, circular platforms above the dunes from which to enjoy the coastal landscape....
